Dyewell-002(Conc) is a levelling cum dispersing agent and dyeing accelerator with diffusion property for high temperature polyester dyeings. Dyewell-002(Conc) accelerates the diffusion of disperse dyestuffs into the polyester fabric and hence enables a good dyestuff pick-up. It gives good migration property.

|
1. In Exhaust dyeing of polyester tops, yarn, fibre & fabrics Set the bath with
0.25-0.4% Dyewell-002(Conc) (Depending on depth of shade)
0.5-1.0 g/l Saracid-RS (Acid buffer)
Circulate at 60 deg.C for 5-10 min., add dyestuff dispersion, circulate for 5-10 min. Check and adjust pH to 4.5 - 5.5 and dye as per usual method.
2. For correction of faulty dyeings & levelling
0.5 - 1 % Dyewell-002(Conc)
1 - 2 % Saracid-RS (Acid buffer)
10-20 % dyestuff of the original recipe
pH 4.5 - 5.5
Treat at 130-135 deg.C for 40-60 min.
Drain and reduction clear.
Note :
For CI.Disperse Blue 354 dosage required 0.5-0.6%
Instructions For Dilution
For 50% Product take 500 parts DM water and then add 500 parts Dyewell-002 (Conc) and stir at 50-100 rpm for 30-40 mins till homogeneous product is formed.
Butyl diglycol (BDG)can be added after dilution to maintain viscosity (4000-7000) if required
Preservation:
It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo, 2 nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or methyl paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal/microbial growth.
It is advisable to utilize the diluted product within 2 months. Stir well before use.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
