Product Information

Supergen-KDF is a classical leveling agent for the dyeing of disperse dyes on polyester and its blends. Supergen-KDF helps to migrate the dye at high temperature hence achieving level dyeing. Supergen-KDF does not have much retarding effect and hence full value of dye can be achieved. Supergen-KDF also posses good emulsifying action. It can also be used as machine cleaning agent.

Application

1. Dyeing of Polyester & Polyester/Cellulosic blends. Addition of 0.3-0.5g/l Supergen-KDF acts as leveling agent to obtain desired results.

Quantity of Supergen-KDF depends upon depth of shades, type of dyes used, compatibility of dyes in the recipe, liquor circulation and rate of temperature rise.

As a thumb rule, for pale shades and for poor circulating machines higher dosage of Supergen-KDF is recommended

2. For leveling of faulty dyeings
1-2 g/l Supergen-KDF
0.5-1.5 g/l Saracid-RS
Treat at 130 deg.C for 60 min.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
