Dyewell-002 is a levelling agent and dyeing accelerator with diffusion property for high temperature polyester dyeings. Dyewell-002 accelerates the diffusion of disperse dyestuffs into the polyester fabric and hence enables a good dyestuff pick-up.

Application

In Exhaust dyeing of polyester tops, yarn, fibre & fabrics
- Set the bath with
- 0.5 - 0.7 % Dyewell-002
- 0.5 - 1.0 g/l Saracid-RS (Acid buffer)
- Circulate at 60 deg.C for 5-10 min., add dyestuff
- dispersion, circulate for 5-10 min. Check and adjust pH
- to 4.5 - 5.5 and dye as per the usual method.
For correction of faulty dyeings & levelling
- 1 - 2 % Dyewell-002
- 1 - 2 % Saracid-RS (Acid buffer)
- 10-20 % dyestuff of the original recipe
- pH 4.5 - 5.5
- Treat at 130 deg.C for 40-60 min.
- Drain and reduction clear.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
