1. Exhaust process
0.5 - 2 g/l Sarakol-RDL
(Concentration to be added depending on dyestuff and depth of shade)
2. Continuous dyeing
3 - 6 g/l Sarakol-RDL is recommended in the pad liquor for uniformity of the dyeing as well as good bath stability.
3. Grey dyeing of cotton yarn & knits in medium and dark shades with reactive dyes
0.5- 1.0 g/l Celldet-R
0.3- 0.5 g/l Saraquest-W
Treat at 85 deg.C for 15-20 min., cool the bath below required dyeing temperature,
add 1 g/l Sarakol-RDL
Circulate for 5 mins. and carry out isothermal dyeing as recommended by dyestuff manufacturer.
4. Dyeing of Bleached Yarn in package form
0.5- 0.7% Sarakol-RDL - regular dyes
1 - 1.2% Sarakol-RDL - critical & poor solubility dyes
5. Print Paste
0.3-0.5% Sarakol-RDL
For all above processes half quantity of Sarakol-RDL to be added during dissolving of the dyestuffs and balance quantity to be added in the dyebath/padding liquor.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
