Product Information

Sarasoft-I (Conc). is a specially developed softener for cotton, polyester, wool and their blends. It imparts soft and limpy handle to treated substrate. Sarasoft-I (Conc). can be applied by pad as well as by exhaust application. Thus it is suitable to finish the fabric in any form such as yarns, knits, wovens or even garments.

It does not impair the whiteness or brightness of garments.

Temp : 30-40 deg.C
Time : 20-30 mins.

Padding process :

Dosage : 5-10 g/l
Sarasoft-EP : : 20-30 g/l (Optional)
Pick-up : 65-70%
Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
Drying : 130-160 deg.C

Note:

Before finishing, the fabric should be rinsed thoroughly to remove traces of detergents, alkali, salt used in an earlier process. This improves the performance of Sarasoft-I (Conc).
Sarasoft-I (Conc). not to be used with pigment printed fabrics or with any finish which is anionic in nature.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
