Product Information

Sarasoft-I is a specially developed softener for cotton, polyester, viscose, wool and their blends. It imparts soft and limpy handle to the treated substrate. It does not impair the whiteness or brightness of garments. It also works as a raising agent on knitted velvet fabric for all substrate. It helps to open the pile of velvet fabric evenly. Sarasoft-I can be applied by pad as well as by exhaust application. Thus, it is suitable to finish the material in any form such as yarn knits, wovens or even garments.

Time : 20-30 min.

Padding process

Dosage : 20-30 g/l
Sarasoft-EP : 20-30 g/l (Opitional)
Pick-up : 65-70%
Bath pH : 5.0-6.0
Drying : 130-160 deg.C

Note:

Before finishing, material should be rinsed thoroughly to remove traces of detergents, alkali, salt used in earlier process. This improves the performance of Sarasoft-I.
Sarasoft-I is not to be used with pigment printed fabric or with any finish with anionic in nature.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
