Product Information

Hydrosoft-142 is a new generation hydrophilic micro polysiloxane which gives inner softness and outer smooth surface. It is suitable for exhaust application as well as pad application for terrytowels, cotton knits and woven fabric. Finishing with Hyrosoft-142 leads to soft, hydrophilic finish. It also imparts rapid moisture absorption, evaporation and improved wicking thereby producing a cooling effect to wearer.

Application

Exhaust application

2-4% o.w.f. Hydrosoft-142
pH 5.5-6.0, Temp.35-40 deg.C, treat for 20-30 mins.

Pad application

20-40 g/l Hydrosoft-142
pH 5-6, pad with 65-70% pick up, dry at 140-160 deg.C.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight.Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
