Product Information

Sarasoft-1371 is developed to give excellent inner softness to fabric. It imparts excellent softness on cotton, polyester, wool and their blends.

It can be applied by pad application and by exhaust in garment machines.

Application

For 100% Cotton Bottom Weight:
- Sarasoft-1371 : 20-30 g/l
- Sarasoft-1367 : 10-20 g/l
- Sarasoft-I : 20-30 g/l
- Sarasoft-EP : 20-30 g/l
- pH 5-6, pad with 65-70% pick-up, dry at 130-160 deg.C
For P/V (67/33) suiting:
- Sarasoft-1371 : 10-20 g/l
- Sarasoft-1367 : 10-20 g/l
- Sarasoft-I : 20 g/l
- pH 5-6, pad with 65-70% pick-up, dry at 130-160 deg.C
For 100% Polyester filament fabric
- Sarasoft-1371 : 3-10 g/l
- Sarasoft-I : 5-10 g/l
- pH 5-6, pad with 65-70% pick-up, dry at 130-160 deg.C
For Exhaust Application on garments:
- 1-3% Sarasoft-1371(owf) depending on requirements.
- pH 4.5-5.0, at 30-40 deg.C for 10-20 min.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
