- It is a red luminescent additive for agricultural films, shifts or converts light from the UV part of the spectrum to visible light used by crops for photosynthesis.

- It can boost growth of certain flowers like roses, which can produce higher yields compared with a conventional PE film and shorter growing cycles.

- The additive is designed to transform plastic films used in this industry from a simple cover to a sophisticated and active part of the crop growing process
