Polyester contain different types of oligomers which do not pick up dye during dyeing. These oligomers gets deposited on the surface of Polyester as white powder after dyeing. Adding Eliminator-GLO these oligomers dissolve during dyeing and do not deposit on polyester gives even dyeing without powder deposits.
Eliminator-GLO is used in Fibre, Yarn, Package, Fabric dyeing process to overcome white powder deposite on Polyester. Use of Eliminator-GLO in dyeing leads to improved washing faster and level dyeing Eliminator-GLO when used in fibre dyeing it improves the performance of combing in spinning. Use of Eliminator-GLO in machine cleaning removes white deposits from machine walls.

2. Machine Cleaning:
i) Recipe:-
Eliminator-GLO - 1 – 1.5 g/L
Caustic solid - 1 – 2 g/L
Sodium Hydro Sulphite - 2 g/L
Fill machine with water & above chemicals at raise temperature to 130 degree & run for 20 to 30 mins. Coot it to 80 degree and drain. This purpose nill remove oligomer deposite and any disperse dye from the machine.
ii) Recipe:-
Eliminator-GLO - 1 – 1.5 g/L
Saragen-so - 0.5 g/L
Fill machine with water & above chemicals. Raise temperature to 130 degree and run for 20-30 mins. Drain the batch at high temperature between 110 degree to 120 degree which will remove all oligomer deposites (white powder) stuck on the walls of machine.
Instructions For Dilution
Mix 1 part Eliminator-GLO liquid with 5 parts warm water (60 deg.C - 70 deg.C) properly and before addition of dye.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
