0.5- 2 g/l Eliminator-GLO (Conc). is normally sufficient to keep oligomers in dispersion form and prevents re-deposition of oligomers (trimers) on dyed fabric.
In case of dark shades and/ or long dyeing times, the following formulation is recommended :
Polyester fibers can contain different amounts of oligomers - mainly trimers - Depending on origin. During hot treatment, these trimers migrate out of the fiber to the surface and the dye bath. When flock, packages or beams are dyed on circulatory apparatus, oligomer depositing on the inside is more intense. Due to a flock, spinning is impaired and in the case of yarn, further processing such as winding, knitting, and weaving is impaired, such types of problem are solved by the use of Eliminator-GLO(Conc). Eliminator-GLO (Conc). is added to the dye bath in diluted form at the start, before the addition of the dye.
Instructions For Dilution
Procedure to prepare 25% Eliminator-GLO (Conc).
Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal/microbial growth.
It is advisable to utilize the diluted product within 2 months. Stir well before use.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
