DIGIPRINT-458

DIGIPRINT-458 | Pretreatment auxiliary for digital printing of Cellulose and Viscose

Product Information

Digiprint-458 is a medium viscosity thickening agent which is applied in the pre-treatment padding process before Ink-Jet printing specially for cotton and viscose fabrics. Digiprint-458 is also suitable for all types of fabrics printed with disperse and reactive. Digiprint-458 locally increases the viscosity thereby prevents spreading of prints. Digiprint-458 delivers level prints with sharp outlines and improved colour value. It has a film forming and adhesion property. The advantage of Digiprint-458 is ready to use product with consistent viscosity. Digiprint-458 is stable as there is no bacterial attack. The feel of the fabric is not affected. It has easy wash-off properties.

  • Calendering : 200-210 deg.C, 30 sec.

After-treatment (washing)

  • Cold wash : 5 mins.
  • Reduction clearing: 0.5-0.75 g/l, Reducon-ACD (Conc) at 3.3-3.7 pH, 60-70 deg.C, 10 mins.

Note :

  • Digiprint-458 can be applied by coating with 50% diluted product.
  • Concentration of Digiprint-458 to be added depending on GSM of fabric. For higher GSM fabric, lesser quantity of Digiprint-458 is required compared to lower GSM fabric.
