Saramerc-LF (Conc). is a low foaming concentrated mercerising wetting agent. Addition of Saramerc-LF (Conc) in the mercerising bath ensures uniform mercerisation and hence uniform dyeing. During caustic recovery Saramerc-LF (Conc). does not lead to foaming and therefore does not interfere in recovery.

3-4 g/l Saramerc-LF (Conc). can be added in mercerisation bath depending upon the quality of substrate and equipment. Optimisation of concentration of Saramerc-LF (Conc). can be carried out in a lab before bulk trial.
Note:
Require a quantity of Saramerc-LF (Conc). to be diluted to 1:20 and diluted product to be added into a concentrated alkali.
Instructions For Dilution
If particles are observed, stir well before use.
Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal/microbial growth.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
