Saraclean-M is an ultra-low foaming, solvent-free wetting cum detergent for scouring of cotton yarn, knits, terry towels, fabric and cotton blends. Due to its ultra-low foaming characteristics, the product is suitable for jet dyeing machine even at low liquor ratio. The product is also suitable for high-temperature scouring and combined scouring and bleaching at a boil as well as at high temperature.

I. For combined scouring and bleaching by batch process :
Treat at 98 deg.C for 40-90 min. OR 110 deg.C for 15-45 min.
Note : Sequence of an addition of Saraclean-M.
Fill water in the machine followed by addition of Saraclean-M. Then load the material at 50 rpm speed.
II. Scouring Bleaching of fabric by continuous process :
Pad - Steam 100-104 deg.C for 10-20 min.
Precautions
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
