Peroxide Stabilizer

Sarastabil-MRS is an economical organic peroxide stabiliser for exhaust as well as continuous application of hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton and cellulosic blends. Apart from good peroxide stabilising action Sarastabil-MRS also chelates certain extent iron present either in the fibre or in the water. Sarastabil-MRS is also suitable for high temperature bleaching and high temperature combined scouring and bleaching of cotton & cellulosic blends.

1. For combined scouring and bleaching of cotton yarn, hosiery and terry towels, desized fabric for dyeing (MLR 1:3 - 1:12)
   
   • 2-3% Caustic Soda flakes
   • 1% Soda ash
   • 2-3% Hydrogen Peroxide (50%)
   • 0.2-0.3% Sarastabil-MRS
   • 0.5-7% Saradet-NEW OR Celldet-R (0.4 - 0.7)
   • 0.5 Saralan-JET LF

   • Treat at 98 deg.C for 45-60 min. or 110 deg.C for 15 min.

2. Combined scouring and bleaching of cotton yarn, hosiery terry towel, desized fabric for full whites (MLR 1:3-1:12)
   
   • 2-3% Caustic Soda flakes
   • 1 Soda ash
   • 0.5-7% Saradet-NEW OR Celldet-R (0.4 - 0.7%)
   • 0.5 Saralan-JET LF
   • 5-8% Hydrogen Peroxide 50%
   • 0.5-1% Saraquest-2UD
   • 0.5-1.5% Sarastabil-MRS
   • Treat at 98 deg.C for 90 min. or 110 deg.C for 45 min.

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
