Saracrease (Conc) is a concentrated polyacrylate based lubricating agent and crease preventing agent for natural and synthetic fibres and their blends.
The product is specially recommended when fabric is processed at low liquor ratio on machines with high shear forces. Due to its chemical nature, the product can be used in pretreatment, dyeing as well as in washing-off process. It is an ideal lubricating agent for different types of Cationic Dyeable Polyester/Polyester blends. It forms a thin, uniform protective coating around the fibre to lower the surface friction and flexural rigidity, thus minimizing the formation of durable creases during high temperature wet-processing of polyester.

Exhaust application:
Depending upon the fabric type, construction, weave pattern, fabric weight, 1-2 g/l of diluted 1.5% Saracrease (Conc) is recommended.
Note:
Fill water in the machine. Add Celldet-R followed by addition of Saracrease (Conc). Load fabric at 50 rpm speed (30% rpm of original rpm of running batch). Run for 10 minutes (3 cycles) and then add bleaching auxiliaries.
It is advisable to use Saracrease (Conc) at a maximum temperature of 99 deg.C and not beyond.
Instructions For Dilution
I. Best method for Dilution :
Saracrease (Conc) to be soaked in DM water (1.5 kgs) for 12-16 hours, then stirred next day, very low stirring or hand stirrer for homogenisation. Filter/strain product through 200-250 mesh nylon filter cloth to remove undissolved particles /lumps if any
II. Quick method for Dilution :
Take 1.5 parts of Saracrease (Conc) into 98.5 parts of DM water at 60-70 deg.C,under constant stirring at 150-200 rpm. Slowly add the required quantity of Saracrease (Conc) over a period of 45 to 60 min. Continue stirring by maintaining the temperature for additional 90 minutes. Allow to age for 2-3 hours. Filter the solution if small undissolved particles or lumps are observed.
Note:
It is recommended to add Kathon-LX or Anticide-MV both preservatives are based on (5-chloro-2-Methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one) at concentration 0.025-0.1%.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
