Saracrease-HG (Conc) is a concentrated, low foaming crease preventing agent for all types of substrates and garments. It prevents the formation of running creases during pretreatment, dyeing and washing in soft flow, jet dyeing and drum washers. Diluted product is suitable for auto dispensing.

It is recommended to add Saracrease-HG (Conc) to the machine prior to loading of the batch.
Instructions For Dilution (1:20 Dilution)
Procedure to prepare 4% diluted product (1:20) of 80% Saracrease-HG (Conc)
- Take 5 parts of Saracrease HG (Conc)
- To this, add 95 parts of DM water at room temperature
- Stir constantly at 200 - 300 rpm for 10 - 20 min to obtain homogeneous liquid
Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal / microbial growth.
In order to get transparent diluted product, to maintain transparency during extended storage of diluted product which is slightly hazzy then small quantity of Hexylene glycol or in rare case MEG may be incorporated.
It is advisable to utilize the diluted product within 2 months. Stir well before use
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
