Saraprint-AC is a melamine formaldehyde based resin used for finishing of interlining fabrics to impart a durable stiff handle. It is particularly effective for prints taken on knitted, cellulosic fabrics, polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose and polyamides. Addition of Saraprint-AC to a pigment paste enhances its fastness properties especially scrub fastness and wet rubbing fastness.
It is also used for imparting stiff handle to polyester fabrics and its blends.
