Digiprint-7146 is a coating agent which is applied on fabric by padding process before Ink-Jet printing especially on cotton, linen, Modal, Tencel and viscose fabrics. Digiprint-7146 forms surface film on the fabric which allows the ink to get absorbed in it without spreading it. This gives very sharp prints. Digiprint-7146 delivers level prints with improved color yield. The advantage of Digiprint-7146 is that it is powder product thus very high stability and gives constant viscosity and pick up compared to liquid product available in the market.

Padding recipe:-- Pad the ready bleach fabric
Digiprint-7146 20 - 30 g/l
Urea 100 - 120g/l
Sodium bicarbonate 30 - 40 g/l
Super R Salt 10 - 15 g/l
Preparation method:
Take the product as per recipe in the vessel containing hot water [for 1kg use 20 liters water( 1:20)] and paste it. Then add remaining water with continuous stirring (use mechanical stirrer). After dissolving all powder add other products as per recipe and dissolve it. The solution after preparation will be completely transparent light yellow liquid.
Pad and dry at 120 to 130*c
Print the padded dry fabric on ink jet printer with reactive ink
