Cellbind-PD is a formaldehyde free binder. It is used for pigment dyeing and printing of cellulosic and its blends. It gives very good brightness and soft handle to dyed and printed fabrics. It imparts very good rubbing fastness. Cellbind-PD can also be used as a coating agent to impart soft feel to the fabric. Cellbind-PD is hygroscopic binder thus does not stick on the mangle during pigment dyeing.

Paste preparation
-----------------
Take recommended quantity of Cellbind-PD. Add 20% water and pigment emulsion as per shade depth. Then add Urea with stirring. Then add slowly half the quantity of synthetic
thickener Synthick P-328 so that paste becomes thick. Add liquor ammonia and fixer Saraprint-AC. Then add balance water with stirring. Finally adjust required print viscosity by adding Synthick P-328. Stir it further for 10 mins. to built viscosity and smoothness.
-----------------------
N. B. for printing Pigment emulsion it is very essential that the fabric should be acidic around pH 5.5 to 6.
Process :-
--------------------------------------------------------------
Print --> Dry in the drier at temp. above 130 deg.C --> Cure at 150 deg.C for 5 mins.
