Cellbind-213 is an APEO/NPEO free binder for pigment printing of cellulosic and its blends. It gives very good brightness and feel to printed fabrics. It increased the resistance to abrasion. It imparts very good wash and rubbing fastness.

* For pigment printing, it is very essential that the fabric should be acidic around pH 5.5 to 6.
* To get good sharp print, the fabric should be free of salts before printing.
Paste preparation
Take recommended quantity of Cellbind-213. Add 20% water and pigment emulsion as per shade depth. Then add Urea with stirring. Then add slowly half the quantity of synthetic thickener so that paste becomes thick. Add liquor ammonia and fixer. Then add balance water with stirring. Finally add balance synthetic thickener till required viscosity is achieved. Stir it further 10 mins. to built viscosity and smoothness.

Process :-
Print --> Dry in the drier at temp. above 130 deg.C --> Cure at 150 deg.C for 5 mins.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
