Saraprint-AC(M)is a melamine formaldehyde based resin which is used as a Cross-linker in the coating recipe.
Saraprint-AC(M)enhances the durability of the coating and also helps in achieving desired wash fastness. SaraprintAC(M) when used in pigment printing recipe it will enhance its fastness properties especially scrub fastness and wet
rubbing fastness.
It is also used for imparting stiff handle to polyester fabrics and its blends.

Application
1. In coating recipe :
1-3% Saraprint-AC(M) can be added in the coating paste.
2. In pigment printing :
1-3% Saraprint-AC(M) can be added in paste made from either kerosin emulsion or synthetic polymers.
3. Finishing of cotton, polyester, polyamide and their blends 10-30 g/l Saraprint-AC(M) pH 5-6, pick up 60-70% by pad-dry-cure method.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg c. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
