Sarasil-JS (Conc) is a silicone based defoamer stable to alkaline conditions at high temperature as well as stable to shear forces. Sarasil-JS (Conc) can be used for alkaline scouring, dyeing by exhaust process as well as by continuous range.

Sarasil-JS (Conc) is stable to high alkaline pH and at elevated temperature. Depending upon the requirement 0.1-0.3 g/l of Sarasil-JS (Conc) can be used.
Note :
1. Sarasil-JS (Conc) is also suitable to be used as such for the end users. For immediate consumption by the end user, 1:1 to 1:10 dilutions can be made by using only soft water by stirring. Please note that it is to be used immediately (less than 10 min)
2. Sarasil-JS (Conc) is not advisable to use in high temperature/high pressure machines and hence cannot be used for polyester dyeing.
Instructions For Dilution
Procedure to prepare 15% Sarasil-JS (Conc)
Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal / microbial growth.
It is advisable to utilize the diluted product within 2 months. Stir well before use.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
