Saracid-AA is a new generation acid buffer which is at all operation where acetic acid is use in Textile Industry. It also has greater core alkali neutralization. It has consistent results in Polyester Dyeing with very high levelling properties. No yellowness to white fabric. Saracid-AA can be used for batch and continuous process.
Addition of Saracid-AA in print paste prevents speckiness.

1. Continuous Dyeing of Polyester fibre, yarn, fabric and polyester blends 0.3 – 0.5 g/l Saracid-AA
Can give desired pH 4.5 – 5.5 which is maintained through out the dyeing cycle
2. Polyester Printin
Addition of 0.5% - 1.0% Saracid-AA in a neutralised thickner.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
