Most suitable to apply by exhaust method on jet or soft flow machine and yarn dyeing vessel.

Powerful affinity to polyester fibre and displaces the stuck impurities

Helps in improving the feel of polyester fabric which gives very soft feel.

Helps in removing oil from the fibre. Due to this it improves water retension and improves dyeing properties.

Stable to high temperature

Helps in combined scouring and dyeing in same bath. Hence, no additional process.

Application

By Exhaust Method :

Method-1 :

Scouring followed by Dyeing Recipe :

Polyscour 7170 1-2 g/l

Acetic Acid 0.2 g/l

Application Temp 80 deg.C - 95 deg.C

Hold Time 15-20 mins

Bath to Drain Take fresh water and start dyeing .

Method-2 :

Combined Scouring and Dyeing Recipe :

Polyscour 7170 1.5-2 g/l

Acetic Acid 0.2 g/l

Application Temp 60 deg.C Hold Time 10 mins

Then add dyestuff and follow polyester dyeing process.

Precautions

Storage :  Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg c. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life  : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
