Essbleach-BL is a low temperature bleach activator for cotton and its blends. Essbleach-BL is suitable by exhaust process. Essbleach-BL catalyze the peroxide bleaching of cotton at lower temperature i.e.at 75-80 deg.C saving energy, time and total cost. Essbleach-BL also reduces the strength loss.

Application
Demineralisation
Treat the fabric with 0.3% Celldet-R + 0.1% Saraquest-W (Conc) at 85 deg.C for 10 min. and drainI. Recipe for RFD (Ready for dyeing)

Celldet-R : 0.3%
Caustic flakes : 2-2.5%
Hydrogen Peroxide (50% v/v): 2-2.5%
II.Recipe for FW (Full White)
Essbleach-BL : 0.1-0.15%
Celldet-R : 0.3%
Caustic flakes : 3-3.5%
Hydrogen Peroxide (50% v/v): 6-7%
* Optical brightening agent to be added in hot wash bath.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
