NYLOFIX-9176 | Phenol free dyefixing agent for polyamide and their blends

Nylofix-9176 is a phenol free dyefixing agent for polyamide and their blends dyed with acid and metal complex dyestuffs. Polyamide fabric dyefixed with Nylofix-9176 shows improvement in wet fastness properties. Nylofix-9176 is stable under acidic condition and can be used for various application. Nylofix-9176 will impart slight shade change on fabric.

Instruction for Dilution

 Procedure to prepare 30% Nylofix-9176 

1. Take 35 parts of DM water at room temperature. 
2. To this, add 35 parts Glycerin under stirring (300-400 rpm) 
3. Then gradually add 30 parts of Nylofix-9176 with constant stirring 
4. Continue stirring for 30 -45 min. to obtain homogenous solution 
5. Filter and use 

Note: 

• Not advisable for dilution however if it is still required, one can follow above procedure. 
• The dilution prepared will have a tendency to settle down. It is recommended to shake well the solution before use.

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. lose lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture. 

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
