Application

1. Exhaust Method:

0.5-1% Sarasoft-OZ (Conc) for normal shade

OR

0.7-2% Sarasoft-OZ (Conc) for very light shades pH to 5-6, treat at 45-50 deg.C for 10-20 min. 

Hydroextract and tumble dry.

2. Padding Method:

5-10 g/l Sarasoft-OZ (Conc)

pH 5-6, pad with 60-70% pick-up, dry at 130-140 deg.C.

For optimum results, the pH of the bath should be kept between 5-6 to improve stability of softener and reduce yellowing.

Instructions For Dilution

Dilution of Sarasoft-OZ(Conc) to 20% of Sarasoft-OZ

Procedure

• Take 27kgs of Sarasoft-OZ(Conc) in SS vessel and to it add 73kgs of water (60-65°C)
• Stir for 15-20 mins till homogeneous. 

It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2, Bromo 2 Nitropropane, 1,3 Diol) or Methyl Paraben (Methyl Para Hydroxy Benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal/microbial formation.
