CARESOFT - 1000 | Concentrated, self-dispersible non-hydrophobic softener

Caresoft-1000 is a self dispersible non-hydrophobic silicone softener. It imparts very good softeness on cotton, polyester and blends. It is applicable on woven, non-woven and knit fabrics. Caresoft-1000 imparts surface smoothness on the treated fabrics. Caresoft-1000 is applicable by exhaust and padding technique.

• Dosages are based on 20% dilution of Caresoft-1000

Instructions for Dilution

Procedure to prepare 20% micro emulsion of Caresoft-1000

• Take 33 parts of Caresoft-1000
• To this, add 0.15 part of Acetic acid and mix it uniformly.
• Add 67 parts of DM water gradually and continue stirring for 30 min. to obtain homogenous product.

Storage Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg c. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
