Ultimosoft-Z (Conc) is a cost effective, block modified organic silicone oil. It imparts smooth and super slick handle to Cotton, Polyester, Nylon and P/C fabrics. It gives excellent results on Synthetic and their blends. It is easy to dilute as it does not require any emulsifier for dilution. Since it is shear stable, it can be applied on fabric using high turbulence machine such as soft flow. It is applicable by exhaust as well as by padding method.

Method For Dilution (20%)
Take 35.71 parts of product. To this add 64.28 parts of Distilled water and stir for 30-45 min at 300-400 rpm for 30-40 min and continuous stirring till solution became homogeneous.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
