ECOFLUID-M | Special Amino modified silicone oil

Ecofluid-M is special amino modified silicone oil. Its emulsion imparts super soft, elastic and smooth handle to woven and knitted fabrics. Unique advantage is macro silicones can be made easily from this oil.

Procedure
  • Take clean ss vessel add Tridecyl alcohol-6.5 mole & Ecofluid-M & stir for 25-30 min (2500-3000 rpm High speed stirrer ) 
  • Then add slowly water-I within10-15 min under stirring & stir for 15-20 min
  • Then add slowly under stirring acid water (water-II+ acetic acid ) within 10-15 min & stir for 20 min  
  • Then add slowly under stirring water-III within 10-15 min & stir for 20 min
  • Then add Preservative & stir for 5 min 
  • Then filter  


Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
