Careguard-7321 is a high performance but cost effective C 6 based Oil and water repellent.Careguard-7321 is made from a new high performance monomer hence giving outstanding performance though at very completive prices. It confers excellent Oil repellency and very good water repellency on all substrates. It can be applied by padding, foaming and by spray technique. For enhanced durability addition of Ecolink (CONC) is recommended.

* Concentration of Careguard-7321 to be taken on the basis of durability requirement.
Note :
It is recommended to prewash the substrate to be treated with 1 g/l Saragen-DAM at 80-85 deg.C for 20-30 min. To remove traces of residual impurities to get excellent results.
1. After padding and drying if fabric is kept overnight before curing, results will be further improved.
2. Water-oil repellent finish can be combine with resin finish using 30 g/l Saralink-ULF + 6 g/l MgCl2 + 20 g/l Saralube-2975.
Sequence of addition:
- Prepare bath with all ingredients including Saralink-ULF, MgCl2 in water containing Acetic acid.
- Stir continuously and add Careguard-7321 as the final ingredient.
Precautions:
- Avoid high speed and continuous stirring.
- Avoid silicone based softeners in the finishing recipe.
