Supercone-2200 is a concentrated nonionic softener Flake which can be diluted to make ready to use a softener for cotton, viscose, polyester, acrylics and their blends. Supercone-2200 imparts excellent softness on the treated substrates. Suprcone- 2200 imparts lubricity to yarn and antistatic protection during spinning resulting in trouble-free operation.

Dosages of diluted product to be calculated on the basis of solid content.
Note:
Addition of 1% Supercone-2200 in the sizing recipe imparts lubricity and antistatic property to the yarns.
Instructions For Dilution
Procedure to prepare 10% diluted product of 100% Supercone-2200
Temperature of 90-95 deg.C should be maintained until the homogeneous product is formed. Once the product is formed heating is stopped and stirring is continued till product cools down to room temperature.
Preservation: It is recommended to add 0.1% Bronopol (2-Bromo,2-nitropropane, 1,3-diol) or Methyl Paraben (methyl para hydroxy benzoate) as an antimicrobial agent to avoid fungal/microbial growth.
Precautions
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
