Feda-SH (MOD) is a highly effective alkali buffer for the replacement of soda ash and sodium silicate in Reactive dyeing. It requires 1/4th dosage of the soda ash during dyeing. It posses good solubility in water therefore does not give powdery deposition in machines or on roller. Due to its lower dosage in dyeing, it reduces TDS, COD, BOD load in the effluent. Feda-SH (MOD) Substitutes Sodium Silicate in dyeing hence it is highly recommend for the process house which has RO treatment plant. By using Feda-SH (MOD), no white deposit are observed on machine or on mangle or glass parts on washing machine like the Silicate. With use of Feda-SH (MOD) less frequent grinding of roll is required. It can be applied by dosing system at 20% concentration.
Feda-SH (MOD) can be used to get best dyeing result especially when dyeing yarns; fabric by pad batch or exhaust method.

Feda-SH (MOD) is not recommended for Reactive Print Fixation.
Note:
- Reconfirm the recipe of Feda-SH (MOD) with above dosage
- Use like soda ash with more dilution with fresh water
- To get right first time dyeing, it is recommended to confirm the dyestuff recipe in lab using Feda-SH(MOD)before bulk dyeing.
Instructions for Dilutions:
The product Feda-SH (MOD)if used for auto dosing, then it is recommended to dilute it to 1:4 parts water and filter before transferring to storage tank. Circulation of diluted Feda-SH(MOD)is maintained like soda ash in bulk storage.
Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
