Product Information

Parakol-LTW is a low temperature washing off agent in powder form. It is suitable for cotton substrate dyed with reactive dyestuff. It is suitable in soft flow machine (low liquor machines), package dyeing machine, cabinet dyeing machine, jigger and other garment dyeing machines. It works effectively at lower temperatures of 65 deg.C. It ensures easy removal of hydrolysed reactive dyes and prevents re-deposition thereby improving overall fastness properties

Application
  •  After dyeing bath, drain 
  •  Cold wash for 10 min. Drain 
  •  Warm wash at 50 deg.C for 10 min. Drain 
  •  Neutralize with Acetic acid. Make bath pH 6-7, 70 deg.C, 10 min. Drain 
  •  Treat with 1% Parakol-LTW at 65 deg.C, 15 min. Drain 
  •  Treat with 1% Parakol-LTW at 65 deg.C, 15 min. Drain (For medium and very dark shades) 
  •  Warm wash at 60 deg.C for 10 min. and drain. 
  •  Cold wash for 10 min. and drain. 
  •  Cold wash for 10 min. and drain 
Note

For package dyeing, the soaping should be carried out for minimum two cycles (2 in-out cycles & 2 out-in cycles)

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg c. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture. 

Shelf Life : 9 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions.
