Polyscour 7170 is very powerful scouring aid to the polyester greige and its blend fabric. It is used to remove various additives like spinning oil, acrylic sizes, lubricating oils etc. Polyscour 7170 has very high stability to temperature and turbulence. It improves the softness, water retention and dye uptake of polyester and polyester blend fabric.
Key Features | Benefits |
---|---|
Very low foaming and shear stable
Most suitable to apply by exhaust method on jet or soft flow machine and yarn dyeing vessel.
Powerful affinity to polyester fibre and displaces the stuck impurities
Helps in improving the feel of polyester fabric which gives very soft feel.
It has very high emulsifying properties
Helps in removing oil from the fibre. Due to this it improves water retension and improves dyeing properties.
