CATFIX-511 (N)

CATFIX-511 (N) | Cationising agent for pigment dyeing

Product Information

Catfix-511 (N) is a special cationising agent developed to improve the exhaustion of pigment on cellulosic and cellulosic rich blends. Catfix-511 (N) can also be used for the fixation of indigo and sulphur dyes. It can also be used as pre-treatment auxiliary in pigment inkjet printing. Novel effects can be obtained on garments by localised application of Catfix-511 (N), as it has good affinity for anionic dyes.

2. Dye the Catfix-511 (N)treated fabric with pigment at 60 deg.C for 30 mins. and Drain

3. After pigment dyeing, treat the fabric at 50 deg.C with binder for 20 mins.
[ Take binder as per depth of shade ]

Precautionary measures

Treat the fabric with cationic agent namely 0.5 g/l Fixanol(Conc). or 1 g/l Saradye-FN to achieve uniform or even dyeing.

Precautions

Storage : Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C. Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
