ESTEX-LD

Product Information

Estex-LD is dispersing agent recommended for exhaust dyeing, direct style of printing and continuous dyeing of polyester, acetate and triacetate. Dyes with inferior dispersions, addition of Estex-LD in dyebath improves dispersion. Estex-LD can also be added in print paste as well as for dyeing of disperse dyes by padding. Estex-LD is also used as washing-off agent for disperse dyes as it keeps hydrolysed and unreacted dye in solution.

2-5 g/l Estex-LD

4.Estex-LD for washing-off agent.
Concentration : 0.3-0.5%

Instructions For Dilution

Dissolution in cold/luke warm water all proportions.

Precautions

Storage	Store in cool, ventilated shed away from heat and direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35 deg C.Close lids firmly to avoid contact with air and moisture.
Shelf Life	8 months from the date of manufacturing, if stored under controlled conditions
