Combitreat-DSB is a unique formulation for combined desizing, scouring and bleaching of cotton fabrics either in jiggers or in soft flow machine. Combitreat-DSB does not contain any oxidising agent and thus does not affect fabric. Cotton fabrics sized with starch as well as combination of synthetic size and starch can be effectively prepared for dyeing by a single boiling-off operation thereby reducing processed time and saving of water, energy and effluent load.

Product has tendency to go more towards acidic pH.

Treat at preferably 95-98 deg.C or 85-90 deg.C for minimum 120 mins, drain, hot wash, cold wash and neutralise.
In case of jiggers a slightly high liquor ratio of 1:4 is recommended to obtain best results. Advisable to maintain temperature to 95 deg.C by using indirect steam through out the boiling.
